Operator

IronQuench Edge is operated as the network layer of the IronQuench platform group. Invoicing and contractual matters are handled by the parent entity.

Abuse handling

Reports must identify the source address, destination, protocol and a timestamp in UTC with timezone stated explicitly. Reports without these fields cannot be correlated and will be acknowledged but not actioned.

Data retention

Flow records are kept for 14 days for capacity planning and are aggregated per prefix. No payload is retained at any point.
